All of these pictures you see are images of "reverse graffiti". What is reverse graffiti? This is the use of stencils, much like a traditional graffiti-tagger would use, only with out the use of spray paint. They use water and other cleaning solutions to make a clean stamp image. It is not permanent and will eventually fade as the background will get dirty.
